Why are your necklaces priced this way?
Each necklace is handmade by me and completely unique. I invest a significant amount of time in carefully selecting and combining beads until the piece feels right. The price reflects the cost of materials, packaging, business expenses, and the creative energy invested in each piece. You are not only purchasing a necklace, but a wearable work of art.
Are the necklaces truly unique?
Yes. Each necklace is one of a kind (1/1) and will never be recreated.
Once it is sold, it is permanently unavailable.
Please note: each piece of jewelry is handmade and unique. Due to the limited availability of materials, we cannot guarantee that the exact same bead or charm can be replaced in the event of a repair.
Why don’t you recreate necklaces?
My work is intuitive and emotion-driven. I create based on what I feel in the moment, using the beads I have collected. Recreating the exact same necklace would compromise its uniqueness.

Do you offer discounts?
No. Each necklace is fairly priced based on time, materials, and creativity.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, I only ship within the Netherlands.
International shipping may become available in the future.
Can I return my order?
I want my customers to be satisfied.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, and returned with the original packaging and packing slip / necklace title.
Step-by-step return process:
Email: suuhwebshop@gmail.com with your comment, complaint, or any other notes. Include any relevant photos if applicable.
NOTE: Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Do I need to take special care of my necklace?
Yes. To keep your necklace in optimal condition:
- Avoid contact with alcohol, seawater or tap water, perfume, and chemicals
- Store the necklace in its original packaging when not worn
- Handle with care — colored stainless steel and certain beads (ceramic, glass) may be fragile

Can I adjust the length?
Most necklaces include a 5 cm adjustable stainless steel extension chain.
Are the materials safe?
Yes. All necklaces feature nickel-free, gold-colored stainless steel clasps. Shells, stones, and vintage beads are carefully cleaned prior to use.
Can necklaces be repaired if something breaks?
Yes, most necklaces can be repaired. Please send a photo and a brief description of the issue to suuhwebshop@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the Netherlands typically takes 1–5 business days.
